GA GA - Wei Cao, 25, Atlanta, 23 Feb 2015

Atlanta police are asking for the public’s help in finding a circus acrobat reported missing earlier this week. Wei Cao, a performer with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, was last seen around 9 a.m. Monday and missed a performance later that day. Cao, 25, is a Chinese citizen and has “no known mental or physical deficiencies that would prevent her from returning to the circus on her own,” according to a statement from Atlanta police.

The circus performed at Philips Arena earlier this month and has shows scheduled through Sunday at the Gwinnett Arena.

...Wei Cao was last seen Feb. 23 at around 9 a.m. She was scheduled to perform with the circus that evening, but never arrived for the show. She is due to leave Atlanta with the circus on Mar. 1.

According to one of the Atlanta TV stations, Wei Cao has not been found. From WSBTV.com: Police said late Friday afternoon that Cao is still considering a missing person and that the circus had been misinformed regarding her location when the news release was sent out earlier in the day.
