I was sorry to hear this and hope is isn't true but we will have to see. He ran the double last year, doing an unexpectedly fine job in the Indy 500-finishing 6th and being named Rookie of the Year. I wonder if they will ban him too. They let John Paul Jr. race after he served years in prison for drug trafficking.
