West Chester police search for missing girl

West Chester police are searching for a 15-year-old girl reported missing Friday, according to her father, Rob Buchanan. Skylar Buchanan wasn't present when her after-school program at the Lakota East High School's freshman building let out Friday, her father said, and she hasn't attended school since.

Friends say they haven't heard from Skylar since Sunday, Rob Buchanan said. Skylar's friends had reported communicating with her during the weekend and her whereabouts were never confirmed.

There is no MSM reporting (that I can find) other than the story linked above.

I am speculating runaway based on her not being present when the after school program let out on Friday but communicating with her friends on Sunday.

She was arrested a few times since being reported missing in February 2015.
