Is this what a 42 days restriction looks like?

Think they are just making sure she is shut down her entire remaining stay.

I think ol' Joe was covering his bases just in case there was a delay..........

Marking my spot!

While some people are saying the County Attorney is just blowing off any investigation on J17, here's another side of the coin:

Looks Like They’re Getting Ready To Prosecute The Hold Out Jodi Arias Juror

IMO, the CA is looking for the "facts" and noting what process they will go through if there is any misconduct.

It wont open for me. Having bad luck. Couldn't get on crimeradio or BK chat either. It's a plot....lol

According to minutes that were taken during verdict watch last week, some new information is emerging that sheds some light on what really happened during those deliberations, and during verdict watch week. From the sounds of it, Juror 17 was being examined rather closely by Detectives on this case before the verdict result was filed. Last Thursday was not the first time the Maricopa County Superior Courts were made aware that this juror might be a problem.
In fact, not only was she being investigated by a Mesa Police officer, the lead investigator in this case, but Juan Martinez made two attempts to have her removed. Those requests were denied.

Too late, the time to do that was before the jury started deliberating .. which they should have done IMO the second they learned that her ex husband was a felon.

Thank you LinasK. Your honesty is refreshing. We don't know everything, that's true, but I was over JSS and her actions the day she broke the Constitution and everyone said she didn't want appeal issues to pop up. Funny. Judges have been residing over DP cases for years and they never had to overstep the Constitution for a convicted murderer. I don't know what's going on in Arizona and it has been nice not to focus on JA for awhile but something stinks in that courthouse. I smell a rat...or two or three and my hope is that their stink is exterminated...and soon.

Curious!!! I have missed seeing you here lately. I was getting ready to send out the SOS posse.

I still don't know what to make of JSS, but I am a believer that she was not prepared to handle a death penalty case in the least.

I am reading the interview Jen Wood did with the foreman. I had a Eureka moment when he was talking about her planning began as far back as the recording. In the past I, as well as others, have said that I thought it began before she left AZ. She wanted to be in CA for an alibi. However, some people have said that the sex phone call recording done by JA wasn't evidence of her planning her defense.

You know what I think it was? It was to use AFTER he was murdered JUST IN CASE Travis had told anyone about what he had come to learn about who Jodi really was and what she was really all about. Cant believe I didn't see that sooner. And if it has been said before, "sorry".
