For those who are watching the retrial videos and have watched Travis' murderer's secret testimony (day 1), did you all notice that the Alexander Family is not there when the camera shows the area in which they always sit--could they be sitting somewhere other than behind the Prosecution Table? Did they decide to leave for some reason?TIA

If you look up the case docket, his name is listed as "Party is a minor: name not published." If you know the name or case number ahead of time, though, all juvenile cases show up in the Maricopa County Superior Court search system.

One thing that strikes me as rather odd, is that while she was obviously involved in courthouse matters during June of 2008, she claims to have little to no knowledge of the trial of the decade happening right there under her nose and within a few miles of her home. I'm guessing she may have been one to have believed the ninja/atonement stories... until the evidence and confession blew those out of the water.

The trial wasn't happening in June 2008. Also, I have to say I don't think I ever heard of JA--maybe just a news blurb in 2008?--until I found out my friend Lonnie Dworkin was testifying at her trial in 2013.

SA was over 18 by then (May 2000). I would think she would have to have been over 18 too, for the reason you mentioned.

Are you guys watching this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUQDxIiTCIc some crazy teacher was filming her kids supporting JA WTF!!! Troy will put a link to the story after it's aired!! WTF WTF WTF she needs to lose her job!

ETA it's a Boys and Girls club from Hawaii, the teacher was teaching the kids about DV and used Jodi as an example. She videos the kids too, 'we love you Jodi' .. 'we support you' .. etc.

Does she attempt to try and walk before and going up to the stand?? I am confused. I just see the judge tell her she needs to take the stand before the jury enters.

Just when I thought I have seen it all! This teacher had not right to do this and if it was my child you can be sure I would have a FIT!
