UK - James Morrell, 43, Liverpool, 5 July 2005
Human remains discovered on a railway embankment near Fazakerley train station, Liverpool, last month have been identified as 43-year-old James Morrell, missing since 2005. Workers who discovered a skull, initially thought it was a plastic halloween decoration.
The 43-year-old had walked from ward three of Fazakerley hospital, where he was being treated for depression, wearing only his green pyjamas. He didnít take his wallet or phone.
