    CA - San Jose, Body found in high school pool, Mar'15 - Name withheld

    Body found on Friday in Piedmont high school in San Jose, CA pool with weights tied to it. Cops unsure if murder or suicide.

    School officials told police that the victim was not a student and that the body was attached to a 30-pound weight. A bag with identifying information was found near the side of the pool, officials said.

    Oh, I'd hate to have swim practice after this! How shocking it must have been for the people who pulled back the pool cover.

    Whoever the man is, I hope he is resting in peace now.

    He is unidentified to the public so far. I'm guessing they want to confirm that the person in the pool is in fact the person whose stuff is in the bag before they release a name.

    From what I read they confirmed it wasn't a student because of age, and not faculty because everyone was accounted for.

    All students were sent home for the day around 8ish according to some students I volunteer with. So luckily no one had to swim that day.
