Police say Ogletree is known to carry a weapon.
"I left my daughter with my ex," the mother tells WKYC." I came back and my daughter was gone. My daughter is 6 weeks. He's not the biological father. He's very controlling and very jealous that her biological father wants to be in the baby's life."

Wonder why it took so long to report to police? I am praying this baby is found alive but I find the mother questionable.

She left her tiny, infant daughter with a jealous, controlling, bi-polar ex so she could "step out". Third video down http://www.wkyc.com/story/news/local...-old/70530564/

Ogletree does not have a car and is known to use public transportation. Because of that, all RTA drivers received an alert with his description.

He is a 25-year-old black male, who was last seen wearing dark pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and a black hat.

The baby's mother, Millissa Foust, told WCPO's Cleveland sister station, newsnet5.com, she was visiting her ex-boyfriend at his home and left her child with him to go to the store. When she returned, Ogletree and the baby were gone.

She said family members on both sides are being cooperative but police have no leads.
