It is not clear whether the remains are human or not or how they were discovered.
However, one of the owners of the property told 10 On Your Side, friends of her family discovered the possible remains while driving trucks through the marshy land. She said the bones appeared to be human and wearing a male’s clothing.
Surely, no one would have dressed a pet? These stories make me wonder some times.
Donny Pulley, missing from about 1.5 miles away.

This gentleman has not been listed as ruled out on the unidentified's Namus page, but perhaps that is because of the height discrepancy. Kevin Floyd Baker is listed as 6'2" and the remains are projected/guesstimated to be 65 inches, which would only be about 5'4". Also the Namus entry says year range of death 2010-2014, Kevin's been missing since 2007. They also have an older minimum age range (40) and Kevin was only 31.
Having said that, no torso was found, but the decedent was wearing black sweatpants, socks and boots.
I would think with the incompleteness of the remains that ruling Kevin Floyd Baker out should still be done.
Police recently release facial reconstructions of this UID and another one. There's a pic but it's been cropped in a way you can't see the reconstructions. You have to watch the video at the link to see it: http://www.13newsnow.com/news/local/...ases/336194772
Hoping there will be another story with a pic we can bring here.
Here is the photo of the reconstruction:

Man, I can't help but wonder if they made a mistake. I know they ruled out Donny Pulley as the UID but everything fits. Even the reconstruction appears to show a guy with possibly a previously broken nose. Mr. Pulley had long competed in boxing and kick boxing matches extending back many years.
