In the middle of the night, a family's home was riddled with bullets, barely missing young children. Now, police have two men under arrest and, in a bizarre twist, they say the suspects may have targeted the wrong home.

Two Mount Vernon men, one 20 and the other 23-years-old, are being held at the Skagit County Jail. Their arrest is starting to shed light on this puzzling drive-by shooting. For the past three days, the victims have been racking their brains trying to figure out why they would be targeted. As it turns out, they probably weren't the intended targets at all.
