Police seek help finding man missing from Humboldt Park home
Police are asking for help in finding a 47-year-old man who is mentally challenged.
Paul Hernandez Jr. was last seen around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday after he got on a bus and left to attend therapy classes at Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, according to the statement from the Chicago Police Department.
Hernandez did not board the bus home after his classes and didnt return to his home in the 1300 block of North Ridgeway Avenue in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. He hasn't been seen or heard from since, according to authorities.
Hernandez is bipolar and reportedly has been known to walk long distances, according to the statement.
Hernandez is 5-foot-11 and weighs about 250 pounds. He has brown eyes, gray hair and medium complexion. He is also missing some of his teeth, the statement said.
He was last seen wearing a gray and black jacket, black sweatpants and black work boots.
