Radio stations' 'inmates' scare motorists
The three people, shackled and dressed in what appeared to be jail uniforms, were competing to try to get motorists to give them a ride, Pasco County sheriff's spokesman Kevin Doll said. The first one back to the studios of Tampa station WXTB-FM - 98 Rock - would win a trip to Los Angeles in conjunction with a new Fox television show called "Prison Break."
But after 30 or 40 calls from "terrified" motorists and residents, sheriff's deputies responded in force and took them into custody for real, Doll said. They were released after about an hour.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
