A music journalist tasked with helping Courtney Love produce her 'beautiful' (her words about his first draft) memoir is now suing the singer for $200,000, for breach of contract.

Anthony Bozza was contracted five years ago to produce the memoir by 2012 but it hasn't happened and he says it's not his fault.

Papers filed in a New York Court state Love has already received $400,00 of a $1.2 million advance from Harper Collins and Bozza has received $100,000. He's claiming an additional $200,000 from Love though, based on the minimum fee he was guaranteed. He said Love's 'unexplained absences' have made it impossible to complete the book.

Love originally tweeted last year that Bozza's first draft was 'beautiful'. However, a few months late, she'd changed her mind:

"It's like me jacked on coffee and sugar in a really bad mood," she said. "I said keep your bloody money. I'd rather keep my friends."

She then hired another writer who she later said was 'worthless' and turned the project into 'chaos'.

Chaos? Courtney Love? Surely not. :)
