Cops: Missing Far South Side woman's car found abandoned in Loop

Police are asking for help finding a Far South Side woman who investigators say has been confused lately and whose car was found abandoned in the Loop this week.

Narsise Smith, 53, was last seen in the 12900 block of South Lowe Avenue on Wednesday, and her car was found abandoned at Jackson Boulevard and State Street on Thursday, according to an alert issued Saturday by Area Central detectives. Her keys were found abandoned a few blocks away, police said.

Investigators are concerned because of Smith's recent confusion.

I hope this lady will be found safe. It's is worrying that she was confused and that her car was found without her. I hope no one took advantage of her and harmed her.
