    UT - Deborah Carver, 59, Cedar City, 28 April 2015

    Deborah Carver, 59, was last seen in Cedar City on Tuesday, April 28. She has multiple health conditions, including early stages of dementia. Carver, who was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming, is described as a white woman of average build with blue eyes and grey hair. She is 5-foot, 2-inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are still under investigation.

    Still missing and public searchers were out today:

    Volunteers will meet to search for Deborah Carver at 11 a.m. at the Southwest Center Behavioral Health Center parking lot at 245 E. 680 South in Cedar City, according to Shelley Sanchez, a friend of Carver who organized the search.

    Sgt. Jimmy Roden, CCPD public information officer, said new developments have not been made. Anyone who may have information is urged to call the CCPD at (435) 586-2956.

    “A big part of Deb is that she is always looking out for people with struggles,” Sanchez said. “She didn’t have much money, but she would pay the less fortunate to do chores for her. She was very active in the community, and she was always giving back.
