Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

    Oh dear!
    What beautiful girls.

My first question is: Why are they with a foster family?
    Where is MOM?

any sexual predators in the area?? Or maybe an older kid with a car offered a ride
The greatest trick the Devil ever played was convincing the world he didn't exist.

Three candles that illume every darkness: truth, nature, knowledge.

"There, isn't this a beautiful piece of cloth!", exclaimed the swindlers, as they described the lovely design that didn't exist.

I am local to this case. There isn't much in the media & I don't know why they hadn't reported on them earlier. I wonder if they thought they had run away at first. Though, they still should have got it out in the media. They haven't mentioned anything about the mom yet so it would seem she isn't involved.

There are a ton of sex offenders in this area. Binghamton is a very rust-belt city & it is pretty rough in a lot of places. I'd like to know if they are going to conduct searches so I can go help.

ETA: Lots & lots of drugs in this area. I mean, tons. Theres a crack house on every block it seems, except for the nice area of town. Though, a lot of them are involved in drugs, they're just better at hiding it.

OT- It's sad...I am from Vestal, originally, and Binghamton was nice, growing up. All those nice department stores, long gone. My dad's office was downtown and I loved going to have lunch at a restaurant inside of a store-seemed the height of luxury, lol. Even Woolworth's counter.
    Just my opinion, of course.

I'm not good with maps but the red circle is the road the girls live on with their foster family & the yellow circle is the area where their school is, which is where they were last seen. image.jpg

They live in Town of Binghamton which is rural compared to City of Binghamton.

Bing did used to be very nice. But then IBM left & some other major corporations & it has just gone downhill from there. They are making downtown look nice again & they are re-doing Front Street & getting rid of dilapidated houses & re-doing some which is good. I'm hoping Bing continues on the upswing but it has a long way to go.

What is weird to me is they say they were last seen waiting for their bus. So, does this mean they didn't get on the bus? I wish there were more info. There isn't much to go on. They haven't announced any public searches. Idk if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
