CO - Lori Layman, 53, El Paso County, 30 April 2015

    Lori Lee Layman

EPSO asks for help finding missing woman who may be in Colorado Springs area
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is asking for assistance locating a 53-year-old woman who is missing.

EPSO released a statement Wednesday that Lori Lee Layman has not been seen since April 22. Layman has been living out of her car, a 2002 Gold Kia Spectra with license plate 687TOY.

Layman's father last heard from her on April 30. Layman has been known to travel around Washington, Idaho and Colorado and may be traveling unannounced. She is also "known as having a very high-risk lifestyle," the Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.

Layman's cellphone was last pinged May 11 close to North Nevada Avenue.

Her car was found, but because of the condition her car is in, they are very concerned about her safety.
    She is still missing.

That's very scary. I assume it is wrecked? Or does it look like an abduction?

On this link it mentions that viewers tips led the sheriff's office to locate her vehicle.

I don't know where her car was found, though.

When you say El Paso with a question mark, I don't know exactly what you mean.
Do you think the car was found in El Paso County, Colorado, instead of the city limits of Colorado Springs, Colorado?

Search warrant was made, and car was found, but they won't say where the car was found.

hmmm, lots of aliases, might explain the alleged "very high risk" lifestyle. No matter, I hope this woman is hiding out and will surface safely soon. Sad...

Sorry, I was confused and was thinking of El Paso, Texas.

I hope she is safe. I wish we knew more about the state of the car.

Her car was found on South El Paso, but her phone last pinged near North Nevada...

Blood was found in her car.
I am hoping that Monument Creek, along Pikes Peak Greenway Trail has been checked.
