Ke'Shawn Bell was attending a "Senior Skip Day" at Pontchartrain Park, a day that is supposed to be fun for all upcoming graduates. Sometime during the party, he walked away with two other individuals and was fatally shot. His case remains unsolved. In a recent interview, his mother knows there are people out there that hold crucial information in getting justice for her son but they have yet to come forward.

"There (were) a lot of people at the park, witnesses at the park when he left," Chambers said. "And the neighbors in the area overheard gunshots, two or three gunshots."
Chambers said one neighbor said he looked over his fence and saw no one fleeing, another neighbor came out the front of their home and also didn't seen anyone running. He believes it's possible the suspects hopped over the nearby tracks and made their escape, avoiding any contact with people.
