Security Guard noticed the struggle on CCTV and sent deputies outside. They arrested the 16 y/o who was allegedly forcing sex on a 19 y/o female.
They had been to the movie theater prior to this, when leaving he stated he wanted to have sex and she said no. He ripped off her clothes and pushed her against the concrete bldg and attempted to rape her.
Paramedics were transporting her to the hospital for a forensic exam when she stopped breathing and her heart stopped. She was pronounced dead at 1 am-- this was just 90 minutes after the attack began.

While being questioned at the Rockville Police Department, Turner reportedly told Major Crimes detectives, "He was unwilling to accept 'no' for an answer," and added, "he was going to have intercourse regardless of [his dates] objections."
