I couldn't get that video to play but there's one at this link that worked for me.

Sad story; Donald Gould was a former marine who was attending college intending to become a music teacher when his wife died suddenly. He descended into substance abuse, lost his college place and custody of his three-year-old, and eventually ended up homeless.
