"Toronto police are hoping surveillance images can identify a suspect they say stole a high-end road bike from a parked car.

Police said the bike, a custom-made Vitesse Bespoke racing machine, is worth an estimated $19,000."

" Police described the man as having brown skin and short black hair. He was wearing a light coloured striped golf shirt, khaki shorts and grey shoes with white laces.

"Toronto man Chitranjan Boyal, 39, was arrested on July 9 and charged with theft over $5,000 and failure to comply with a probation order.

He was scheduled to appear in court Friday."
