The person who stole Anthony Maslin's Moto Guzzi motorbike from outside his home in Scarborough, Perth, Australia, rode it away without a thought.

The thief must have been struck by conscience though, when Maslin posted to Facebook about the theft, offering $1,000 reward. The motorcycle has sentimental value, he said, because he bought it the day his son, Mo, was born.

Little Mo and his siblings, Evie and Otis, all died in the MH17 plane crash in Ukraine last year, along with their grandfather.

This morning, the bike was back, parked safely outside Maslin's door. He thanked the person 'brave enough' to return it, adding; 'Good on ya mate'.
