Canada - Abbotsford police issue warning for sex offender James Conway, Aug 1 2015

"According to B.C. Corrections, Conway has "maintained a versatile pattern of sexual offending against female children in a predatory and opportunistic manner" and has a criminal history that includes arson.

Conway had been released in February but was taken back into custody after allegedly violating the terms of his release by sitting next to a teenage girl on a TransLink bus."

" Conway has a long list of court-ordered conditions, which includes 24-hour electronic monitoring. He is also not permitted to have any contact with children under 18 - including online communication - and is not allowed to wear police, fire or other uniforms.

James Conway, 40, is prohibited from engaging in any activity that involves contact with people under 18.

Police are asking Abbotsford residents to contact officers immediately if Conway is seen violating any of his conditions. He is not allowed to leave home without a supervising officer.

"If anybody sees this individual out and about on his own, that would be a breach of his court conditions and they should contact their local police immediately,” says Const. Ian MacDonald. “He's also under a number of conditions that would restrict him from coming into contact with anyone under the age of 18."
