    This guy is trying to use Stand Your Ground defense for murdering two of his neighbors. He also claims PTSD, yet they were unarmed. They taunted him, but that's not justification for murder.

    Moments later, outside the courthouse, Woodward and Hembree exchanged words and Woodward struck him, prompting his arrest.

    Trial scheduled to begin Monday:


    Upholding a recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court that Florida's death penalty law is unconstitutional, Brevard County Circuit Judge James Earp ruled Tuesday that next week's William Woodward murder trial will not be a death penalty case.

    Death penalty back on the table for man accused of killing neighbors

    A new ruling from a court of appeals has put the death penalty back on the table for a Brevard County man accused of killing his neighbors.
