    WI - Nathan Nalbert, 21, stabbed to death, Green Bay, 20 Oct 2004

    The trial starts today in Brown County for a truck driver accused of killing a man he found in bed with his ex-girlfriend.

    Michael Holz is accused of fatally stabbing 21-year-old Nathan Naibert last October when he arrived home to find his ex-girlfriend, Faith Dempsey, in bed with Naibert. Authorities say Holz also stabbed Dempsey in the back.
    Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

    Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

    Holz fatally stabbed 21-year-old Nathan Naibert in 2004 at Green Bay and wounded Faith Dempsey. He pleaded no contest to charges of second-degree intentional homicide and attempted first-degree intentional homicide in September 2005 and is serving a 45-year prison sentence.
