Investigators with the Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit and the Missing Persons Team have identified three such potential cases, including the homicides of Colton Crowshoe and Hussam Ismail, and the disappearance of Monique Mattar.

“No matter how much time has passed since an incident, we remain committed to finding closure for a victim’s family,” Homicide Unit Staff Sgt. Sean Gregson said in a news release. “As time passes, allegiances can change and people may recall details they haven’t yet talked to police about. People may assume we are aware of certain details, but we encourage anyone who has information to contact us, regardless of how insignificant they think their information is. We are hopeful that by recirculating these cases, those who have information will come forward.”
