This is breaking. A young woman, thought to be under 18, was seen by several witnesses being forced into a Charcoal Dodge Magnum just before noon on Saturday, August 29th. This occurred at 76 Dunlop Street East in Barrie, ON. There will be video released soon. No ID on the victim yet.

-Police say the victim is described as white, with long, brown hair. She was wearing a floral print dress and was carrying a black purse.


-Police are now trying to locate the young woman and the suspects.


-The first suspect is described as a white male with a large build, standing around six-foot-two. He is unshaven with tattoos on his neck and was wearing a dark baseball cap, a dark t-shirt and sunglasses.


-The second suspect is described as a female with a heavy build and long, dark curly hair.
Police are also looking for the vehicle – a charcoal Dodge Magnum with the partial license plate of BCP.

Very strange indeed. I was wondering how the description of 2 men were noticed if they were both in the car. Did they walk up to her in broad daylight and shove her in her own car?
 
It's a man and a woman. There were witnesses on the scene and there will be video released soon. This happened right in the downtown area of Barrie with lots of video cameras. There is a jewellery store right there as well.
 
Okay. They have video of a female and male accomplice abducting the teen. This doesn't sound good. I would check other abductions in the area as well. Jmo
 
Today, Saturday 29th, 2015 around 11:52 am A female, appearing to be under the age of 18 years of age, was walking eastbound on Dunlop Street East near Metzger Studio located at 76 Dunlop Street East.


The female was approached by a male driver and a female passenger in a charcoal grey Dodge Magnum with a partial Ontario Licensee plate of 'BCP'. The male driver exited the vehicle, held a black firearm up in the air then placed it down on the roof of the vehicle. Numerous demands were then made to the female victim to get into the car. She complied and they were last seen travelling westbound on Dunlop Street East turning northbound on Owen Street in Barrie.


The public's assistance is required to locate this female and suspects. If they are seen or their whereabouts are known please call 911 immediately.


Male Suspect:


Male, white, large build 6'2 visible tattoos on his neck, unshaven wearing a dark baseball cap, dark t-shirt, sunglasses.


Female Suspect:


Female, long dark curly hair, heavy build


Suspect Vehicle:


Charcoal grey dodge Magnum partial ONT Licence plate of BCP

I think the car would be easily spotted. The Magnum looks unique.

Why didn't she run down the sidewalk? The car wouldn't have been able to chase her. I know she was shocked but dang. Did she know them previously?

I would just guess that she does know them and this is not random.

Yes, it's really difficult to not even know who the victim is. Surely her family or friends will come forward and hopefully, when they do, they will know who drives that car.
 
I truly hope this young lady is found alive and well - or at least a survivor.

I agree this victim may know her abductors but, Barrie has become a hot-bed for crime in recent years - a fairly large population plus many highways in and out in different directions - meant to accommodate the cottage bound population from Toronto area.

My fingers are crossed - how brazen in broad daylight - surely they will be recognized from the video.

Agree. I to think they have crossed paths before. Maybe from seedy dealings or seedy aqaintances or something. But it also could be that she ratted them out or was going to testify against them or something.

I truly don't know. But they seem like they were looking for her. Jmo

Thank God. Canada doesn't mess around. Good job. But i need more information. This is very salacious at the moment.

Was it or was it not a random abduction. I want to see their Facebook pages as well. Nice thread.
 
My first guess would be some type of domestic thing. She ended a relationship and he wasn't having it. **speculative**
