South Carolina man says he's been hit by lightning 11 times
62-year-old Melvin Roberts says he has been hit by lightning 11 times in 12 years in South Carolina, but the Guiness Book of records is refusing to accept his claim.
Although an expert told media it was 'impossible' to be hit directly that many times, Robert seems to have medical records to prove it. His wife Martha says she's witnessed nine strikes herself, and moves to another room when she hears a storm, 'cause someone's gotta call 911'.
When asked if he thinks God is trying to tell him something, Roberts told reporters:
‘If He wants to tell me something, you know, I got two cells phones. Got a computer...
He can email me, call me. He got my attention. He got that the first time.’

How enlightening, striking."Some circumstantial evidence is very strong, as when you find a trout in the milk."
