Another article states that the body was found close to Watkins Mill High School and is NOT related to the missing Hoggle children: http://washington.cbslocal.com/2015/08/30/body-found-in-germantown-park/
I find it strange that the first article says the body was found in a shallow grave and the second says it is only a death investigation, not a homicide investigation.
