    UK - Charlie Clift, 5, & Kaiton Warnes, 2, Sussex, 2015

A judge who says there are grave concerns for the safety of two missing boys has ordered their names to be released. Kaiton Warnes, two and Charlie Clift, 5, went missing from their home in Eastourne, Sussex, along with their mother Amelia Warnes, 23 and her boyfriend, Jason Warnes, 26.

They are believed to have fled to Lapta, Northern Cyprus. Charlie's dad, Dominic Burt, has not seen his son 'for months' and both boys are under a protection order. The date they disappeared isn't stated.

Judge widens search for missing British boys believed to be in northern Cyprus
Lawyers suggest grandparents, also missing, may have information about current whereabouts of Charlie Clift and Kaiton Warnes
    7 September 2015
A judge has widened the search for two British boys who are subject to child protection orders and feared to have been unlawfully taken to Turkish-occupied northern Cyprus by their mother and her partner.

Sir Gavyn Arthur said he wants to find the maternal grandparents of Charlie Clift, five, and Kaiton Warnes, two, who are thought to be in the north of the island with their mother, Amelia Warnes, 23, and her partner, Kaitonís father, Jason Warnes, 26, from Eastbourne and St Leonards in East Sussex respectively.

Eastbourne “abduction” mum vows not to return to the UK
    Monday 19 October 2015
Last month, an international hunt was sparked for the young boys after a judge - who said he was “gravely concerned” for their welfare - released their identities in a bid to have them returned.

But now, Mrs Warnes - who is joined on the island by her husband and Kaiton’s father, Jason Warnes, 26 - has broken her silence to claim that her sons are ‘healthy and happy’.

She also released photos of the boys taken recently.

Calling on a withheld phone number, the mother-of-two, whose oldest son has a different father who lives in England and is desperate to get him back, told the Daily Mail, “We’ve settled into Cypriot life really well. The kids love it here, they’re happy and healthy. Look at the pictures, do they look like they’re in danger?

They went missing in January 2014. Mother's parents already convicted of aiding and abetting their daughter in the removal of Charlie Clifton from the UK without his father's permission.
