A judge who says there are grave concerns for the safety of two missing boys has ordered their names to be released. Kaiton Warnes, two and Charlie Clift, 5, went missing from their home in Eastourne, Sussex, along with their mother Amelia Warnes, 23 and her boyfriend, Jason Warnes, 26.

They are believed to have fled to Lapta, Northern Cyprus. Charlie's dad, Dominic Burt, has not seen his son 'for months' and both boys are under a protection order. The date they disappeared isn't stated.

A judge has widened the search for two British boys who are subject to child protection orders and feared to have been unlawfully taken to Turkish-occupied northern Cyprus by their mother and her partner.

Sir Gavyn Arthur said he wants to find the maternal grandparents of Charlie Clift, five, and Kaiton Warnes, two, who are thought to be in the north of the island with their mother, Amelia Warnes, 23, and her partner, Kaiton’s father, Jason Warnes, 26, from Eastbourne and St Leonards in East Sussex respectively.

Last month, an international hunt was sparked for the young boys after a judge - who said he was “gravely concerned” for their welfare - released their identities in a bid to have them returned.

But now, Mrs Warnes - who is joined on the island by her husband and Kaiton’s father, Jason Warnes, 26 - has broken her silence to claim that her sons are ‘healthy and happy’.

She also released photos of the boys taken recently.

Calling on a withheld phone number, the mother-of-two, whose oldest son has a different father who lives in England and is desperate to get him back, told the Daily Mail, “We’ve settled into Cypriot life really well. The kids love it here, they’re happy and healthy. Look at the pictures, do they look like they’re in danger?
