Suspected thief caught on camera in 'Won't be Caught' T-shirt

Police in Sanford, Florida have asked for the public's help in 'proving wrong' a woman and her friend suspected of stealing bags worth $719 from a Marshall's store.

Both were captured on surveillance August 30, with one proudly wearing a 'Won't be Caught' shirt.

Amazingly, exactly the same thing happened last March in Tampa. Those women were identified but only one appears to have been caught.

Totally different hair but....could the Tampa case and the Sanford case have a connection?

Palacio, on the left, certainly looks like the same woman on the right in the OP.

The article says they are part of a network of women "who steal luxury goods from high-end retailers."

If the woman wearing the "Won't Be Caught" tee isn't the same one in both images, maybe members of the theft ring take turns wearing the tee-shirt?

Huff was arrested in May (just 1 of dozens of arrests in the past 15 years) and posted $4,000 bond, after being release from prison in November. She "
failed to show up for her court hearings, according to an arrest warrant. She is now considered to be a fugitive on the run, say police." (from same link)
