GUILTY AL - Antonio 'Tony' Moore, 38, Huntsville, 28 Aug 2015 *Arrest*

The UAH student lives in Executive Lodge Apartments in Huntsville.

UAH professors, gym employees, and neighbors all verify the same dates Moore was last seen, August 27-28, which is the same timeframe when Tiffanie, Terrance, and other relatives had last heard from him.

Relatives say it was not uncommon not to hear from him for days as he submerged himself in his studies; but concern began when his daughter hadn't heard from him.

Dimitri Merci Jackson, 29, was indicted in Heard County Superior Court on Wednesday on charges of Malice Murder, Felony Murder, and Aggravated Assault in the death of 38-year-old Antonio “Tony” Moore...

Jackson is alleged to have shot Moore 11 times...

Heard County assistant District Attorney Sarah Japour told the court at the bond hearing that Jackson was found to be in possession of Moore’s driver’s license and birth certificate and that he had allegedly stolen money from the victim’s bank account.
