16-year-old electrical engineering apprentice Jakob Kraft noticed something out of place on the family farm in Göttingen, Germany - a wild baby boar amongst a herd of cows.

It seems the baby has been orphaned and adopted (or was adopted by) the cows. Germany's cold winter is about to arrive so Jakob plans to allow the young cowboar :) a place to hang his spurs over the chilly months, if he follows the cows into the barn for overwintering, later this month. He even has a name now; Johann.

I don't know what'll happen when Johann is full grown as I've heard boars can be dangerous. I hope the 'wurst' (German for sausages) fate of all doesn't await him...
