It must be noted though that this is partly based on what they did and not how they are now. Tex Watson, for instance, doesn't strike me as overly psychopathic at least now.
Here's my rough take on how some of them would rank
Susan Smith = 11
Bart Whitaker = 14
Pam Smart = 10
Kristin Rossum = 7
Darlie Routier = 8
Mark Winger = 11 or 14
John Robinson = 15
Skylar DeLeon = 14
any others?
