23-year-old Roshawn Garrett, who has a long criminal history, has been arrested in Portland, Oregon wearing a T-shirt saying 'I do dumb things'.
He's suspected of leading police on a car chase in a stolen vehicle and was tracked down on foot by a K9 called Nero.
