Websleuths is a victim friendly forum. Attacking or bashing a victim is not allowed. Discussing victim behavior, good or bad is fine, but do so in a civil and constructive way, and only when such behavior is relevant to the case.

The "victim friendly" rule extends to the family members of victims and suspects. Sleuthing family members, friends, and others who have not been designated as suspects is not allowed. Don't make random accusations, suggest their involvement, nor bash and attack them. Posting their personal information, including names, addresses, and background data -- even if it is public -- is not allowed. That does not mean, however, that statements made by family members and other third parties cannot come into discussion as the facts of the case are reported in the media.

Sorry, I am having trouble with 4G lately and have to keep posting and editing or I lose everything tonight so my last post was incomplete.

I wasn't saying BS is involved with either of the perps I mentioned. Just giving puggle the MSM link to the statement that he was being investigated in Victoria on similar charges to those in NSW (see first link I posted on the last page of Thread #18).

Second and third links were just replying to puggle that there is a connection between child sexual exploitation rings in NSW and Vic (and SA and Qld) so it may not be too far fetched that the Victorian couple at the caravan park and AJ could have a connection regarding William's disappearance.

Connections between rings/states exist. The two convicted paedophiles/child exploitation site administrators were used as examples. Many arrests were a result of Task Force Argos (QPS) investigations:

Hope that clears things up.

In you last post, (Thread #18) You mentioned the names of two men who are not connected to this case. Whether you're replying to Puggle or anyone else, bringing in names of people who are not connected to William's case will only open up a discussion about them. These people are off topic. I hope that is clear.

That's true. I wasn't thinking. Sorry about that.

Property where toddler William Tyrrell disappeared on the market

The house where toddler William Tyrrell disappeared from has gone on the market, only a year after it was sold by the missing child's grandmother.

Agents have a legal obligation in NSW to declare any "material facts" that might influence the buyer's decision or market value of a property.

It is understood in the case of the Kendall property, there has been no issue with the real estate agency addressing the home's history.

Why I believe this case will be solved:

Detective Inspector Gary Jubelin joined the NSW Police Force in 1985 and has 25 years of continuous experience as a criminal investigator. He performed criminal investigation duties at Local Area Commands (LACs) for four years before transferring to Major Crime where he performed duties at the Armed Hold-up and Organised Crime Units before specialising in Homicide Investigations. In 2004 he was promoted to Detective Inspector and performed duties as the North Shore LAC Crime Manager, where he continued to lead a number of major investigations.

In 2007 Detective Inspector Jubelin was transferred to the Gang Squad then seconded to Homicide to lead Strike Force TUNO-2 and is currently attached to the Unsolved Homicide Squad. Investigations led by Detective Inspector Jubelin include the shooting murder of housewife Barbara Saunders in Normanhurst, the murder of two year old Jayden March at Sutherland, the organised crime murder of car dealer Bob Lubjic who was thrown off The Gap and the re-investigation into the serial murders of three Aboriginal children at Bowraville in the early 1990’s which is still ongoing. Detective Inspector Jubelin also led Strike Force TUNO – 2; one of the largest murder investigations in the state’s history, first becoming involved in this investigation in 2001 when he led Strike Force TUNO set up to investigate the abduction and murder of prisoner Terry Falconer. Due to evidence uncovered, the terms of reference were expanded to include eight unsolved murders, numerous shootings and attempted murders. This Strike Force and subsequent investigation has resulted in the arrest, charging and conviction of 14 offenders for multiple offenses including murder, attempted murder, shootings and kidnappings.

I looked this up when we were discussing it about a week ago. I didn't think the relevant section of the Act would apply to William's GM's former property.

There wasn't a crime resulting in a death on, or in, the property such as in the case of the Gonzales home:

Yes, the esteemed DI Gary Jubelin has many skins under his belt. As head of Task Force Rosann I'm hoping another name or perhaps names will be added to that collection.

However, surely even the best investigators have a percentage of cases which don't resolve.

I'm sure that's true but it won't be from lack of skill or determination. The only reason DI Jubelin doesn't yet have a conviction in the Bowraville case isn't on his head. That particular investigation was compromised from the start. If anyone can lead a team that will find the answer to the question "Where's William?", I truly believe DI Jubelin is the best man for the job.

The tendered judgement also contains allegations of 'ongoing' child sexual abuse by Mr Spedding in Victoria.

The court was told police expected to lay more charges, and a Victorian strike force has been set up to investigate further allegations south of the border.

"Police expect to charge a man questioned over the disappearance of toddler William Tyrrell with involvement in a paedophile ring and a number of further child sex offences interstate according to court documents.

Documents tendered to court reveal that Victorian police are also pursuing an investigation into Mr Spedding's alleged involvement in a ring that uses children for sexual gratification.

"There is evidence of other adult offenders who are complicit in similar child sex offences both independently and in conjunction with the accused in this matter" the police fact sheet states.

"Investigations are continuing concerning such matters and it is anticipated further charges will brought against the accused in the foreseeable future.""

That's a dead link Bohemian. Are you able to find another one?

I've been spending a lot of time at my local beach lately. I realised today that the beach in the shot where William's parents were walking together in the 60 Minutes story was one and the same. I almost felt guilty watching my little grandson running along the sand, laughing, and hoped William's Mum wasn't there, with his Dad and sister, grieving for him. What suffering they must feel. Not only having William taken from them, but not knowing what has become of him. I pray that one day William will be running along the sand, laughing, and filling his family's hearts with joy.

Just adding my thoughts... The photo everyone is talking about. Perhaps a selfie? Kids take pics all the time with mums phones. Could be why it's not a smiley shot.
Also a lot of expectation that POis will be cleared. I don't think that ever happens. I think the lack of charges is their best defence.

IF William's pic was shot after his disappearing and showed an environment of a living room, then he anyway is now already in another environment (caravan, mobil home, ...?) for a long time, I think.
The theory of something like a shot by Skype or similar I think is possible.

Skype I don't know yet. But I sometime had used a program to show via webcam a live picture of my own with wearing glasses, chosen out of a program of the glasses seller. My saved photo looked similar to the photo of little Spiderman: myself looking into the webcam and around me in the background the room/furniture in slightly distorted way.

Why does whoever claim, the mother of the 2 abused girls had been tutoring and coaching them to say "It was Bill"? If a mother is described then for being obsessive and crazy - how can she save their children without being called that or similar? Only the perpetrators would do it, I think. If the mother also had accused other men, then there was an important reason perhaps? If the mother had 2 pedophiles to live with (BS and her own brother) and the two had "nice" friends like AJ or PB or ............. there are many more as we know ......, then why is it only a little bit surprising, that this woman had accused several men? Not to forget her life until be married to BS, but already with a brother of JH's caliber? Nobody knows, what terrible things she may have had experienced before her little daughters had become the target.
If a little 3yo child doesn't know what happened or later on had forgotten/repressed terrible things done to her, then from a psychological perspective it seems very normal, IMO. No reason for BS' defense to say, there never had happened abuse to her.
From any view, the pedophiles have seemingly an easy game before-during-after.

From my understanding of the term POI, in and of itself it doesn't really mean anything, not in the legal sense anyway.

(CNN) -- It's a familiar scenario: A major crime is committed. Police investigate possible leads while the media asks for information. Soon, authorities say they have a "person of interest."

But what does this term mean?

"The 'person of interest' tells you nothing," says Cynthia Hujar Orr, president of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. "They are suspicious of that person, but the police don't have the evidence they need."
