MA - Elga Crespo, 67, Lowell, 25 Oct 2015
Elga Crespo is originally from Puerto Rico and she's been living with her daughters family in the Redwood Terrace townhouse community in Lowell for more than 2 years. Around dinner time Sunday, she went for a walk and never returned home.
The 67-year-old grandmother has severe intellectual disabilities and she functions with the mind of an 8-year-old.
Lowell police have checked all the nearby businesses, wooded areas and even vacant apartments and homes.
Lowell Police said, "She has a history of walking off before and she covered some good distance in the past so that's one of the issues we have now. We don't know what areas to contain."

There have been more than two dozen possible sightings throughout the week, including one in Somerville and another in Nashua, N.H.
"Obviously, none has panned out, but we're still getting reports and we're checking them all out," Lowell police Capt. Tim Crowley said in an email Friday night. "We are still putting out Elga Crespo's information and still have hope she will be found."
Family and friends of Crespo have been to Westford, Tyngsboro and even southern New Hampshire as they head out in teams of two to search for her.

But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV)

An autopsy confirmed that body was that of Crespo
I know this is an unlikely scenario, but I so hate the thought of her feeling lost and scared, that I can only hope that she just felt tired and laid down to rest
