If Ben is still missing and could be in any number of places, (modsnip)? We have seen many times, that spreading the word is effective in finding missing teens.

Leave the FB garbage on FB.

VERIFIED PROFESSIONALS and CASE INSIDERS
We are lucky enough to have posters from all walks of life with a broad spectrum of expertise. Some hold specialized knowledge that applies to the various circumstances of the cases we discuss, and can contribute valuable insight and information. We welcome their participation.

To ensure that anyone posting as a "professional" in a specific field truly is what/who they claim to be, WS employs a verification process.

The verification process also applies to "case insiders". Relatives, friends, and others personally acquainted with a victim or suspect; or a professional working on behalf of a victim or the family, i.e., a private investigator, can submit a request to be verified as a "case insider".

If you would like to become verified, please contact the site owner at wsverify@gmail.com with your Websleuths name, your real name, the case, a telephone number, and the times when you can be reached.

If you are a "professional" or "case insider", but would prefer not to be verified, please understand that you will be required to follow the general rules for posting, and back up your statements with links to appropriate sources.

More information on how to submit a request, and the information required, can be found at this link:

Verification Process for Professionals and Insiders

NOTE: Websleuths does not condone members becoming personally involved in cases by initiating contact with family members, law enforcement, or the media. This does not preclude responding to a request for volunteers, or utilizing proper channels to report valid information, i.e., "a tip", to law enforcement.

I've been waiting for someone to name Bossev in MSM. His name has been floating around regarding Rhines since the beginning ...

More to come ...

What's the backstory on these two? Other than a potentially sighting, I'm not coming across anything in my search.

All right - backstory would probably be tinged with rumor, so I'm going to keep it to what has been in MSM - which isn't much.

Iordan Bossev, during my last dig on this story, wasn't reported as a missing person.

He's a 2013 graduate of Isidore Newman in New Orleans --> Isidore Newman Alumni Listing

Could go by "Danny" Bossev --> Iordan Bossev Facebook

At some point, he was a student at LSU --> Iordan Bossev LinkedIn

There is chatter from way back on KrautKanal regarding Bossev's connection with Rhines.

Benjamin's FBI listing: Benjamin Rhines FBI Missing Page

The fact that the details on this one are very minimal suggests, to me, all my opinion - that Bossev may be sought for exploitation, or at the very least contributing to the delinquency of/harboring a minor ... This is really the first "break" in the case since last November, and the first to list Bossev on a mainstream media posting connected to Rhines.

Considering some of the other places I've been able to find any information at all - I'd say that video games/deep web activities have at least a little bit to do with all this (IMO).

Michigan - to stay under the radar? I couldn't find any particular pocket of Bulgarians around Battle Creek, but maybe he sought a Slavic-language spot ... That's an assumption that he still speaks Bulgarian (or some other strain of Slavic language).

Ben Rhines' mother has confirmed that he was found with Iordan Bossev in Beaverton, Oregon, and he is supposedly home now.

What's the backstory on these two? Other than a potentially sighting, I'm not coming across anything in my search.
Rhines and Bossev met on the /int/ international board of the Finnish site ylilauta.org a few years ago - probably roughly ~2014. Then they started an online relationship, although they were largely successful in hiding the depths of it from the other posters.

He speaks Bulgarian and additionally has some comprehension of Russian, if I recall correctly. He still speaks Bulgarian with his mother.

Iordan Bossev was charged with child *advertiser censored* related charges.

Benjamin's pages on NCMEC and FBI are also gone. Assuming he is home then?
