Man Charged with Importuning
Man Faces Two Counts Of Importuning
Police arrest a man who they say is targeting children using a computer. The man lists himself as a professor, and this isn't the first time he's been caught. Police in Hamilton arrested 39-year-old Samuel Lippert Friday morning. He's charged with two counts of importuning. Detectives posed as a 15-year-old female in a chat room on the internet and say he was soliciting sexual activity. On an arrest report, Lippert lists his occupation as a professor at Wright State University. He was also arrested last Friday in Springfield, Ohio on similar charges.

It seems like every week in the Cincy area they are arresting some guy- either for porn charges or for soliciting a kid on the computer. I don't know if that is a good thing- in that LE is watching this area........or if it is a bad thing in that there are a lot of perverts here. (and I am afraid it is because of the number of perverts).Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........
Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
