Oh, how horrific

The mother put the in scalding water and then walked away for a couple of minutes, so now he has horrendous burns. But apparently they area has problems with water temperature fluctuations, so the neighbours seem to think it was an accident.

How can it be an accident though, you would notice the water steaming and the baby would scream as soon as the water touched them...
