A flowerlike tattoo is on the dorsal aspect of the left forearm. A skull tattoo with wings, tusks, and a sword is on the right upper arm. A cross tattoo with skulls is on the dorsal

Case History: The decedent and another transient got involved in a fist-fight at 10pm and then again at 10:30pm. The decedent had a history of fighting with others. After the fight everyone went their own way. The next day one of his friends was looking for the decedent and found the decedent lying in the grass covered by a plastic advertising sign. Possibly known as "Gerard Polk."

I can't help but wonder if this man had some sort of interaction with the real Gerald Polk from Hudson, FL and he took his identity or they switched identities for whatever reason.

I wonder it the tatto "Red" is a nickname?

I found Richard Enk from MO, last seen 5/2/99. Alias "Red", has scars, but no mention of tats and no picture of him. Height is the same and around the same age.

Case History
The victim was located at 4925 South Orange Blossom Trail (outside in fenced area), Orlando, FL. The victim and another transient got involved in a fistfight at 22.00 and then again at 23.30.

The decedent had a history of fighting with others. After the fight everyone went their own way. The next day one of his friends was looking for him and found him lying in the grass covered by a plastic advertising sign.

He was a consumer of alcohol.

That's a good find. I think the drawing looks a lot like him. Especially around the nose and bridge. Seems realistic the time frame. Did you submit this?

Just noting, the UID had a possible ID of "Gerard Polk" while the missing man's name is one letter off: "Gerald Polk." It's still interesting that the two names are so similar, and even if Gerald has been ruled out as being this UID, maybe as suggested above, Gerald and the UID had met at some point, and Gerald may have been part of the homeless community.

Agreeing that Richard Enk seems like a strong possible match. Both men had scars on their arms, while the UID had more scars listed elsewhere on his body, many of which would be hidden (and unknown to others) by his clothing, especially if he often wore long pants.

Enk had facial scars not listed for the UID, but if the UID's face was badly injured in the fight (there's only a reconstruction, no photo), maybe these were obscured by the antemortem injuries?

Also agreeing you should submit this possible match if you haven't already. Like you said, both have red/strawberry blonde hair and have a nickname (or possible nickname) of Red!
