This sure doesn't sound very good.

I would like to know if her car was found locked.
Did she leave her car keys in the car? Her purse? The diaper bag?
I would like to know if her car is in working order of maybe she ran out of gas.
If she broke down why didn't she call someone-she must have a cell phone.
It's been 5 days now.

VINELAND - Police are trying to trace a Vineland mom traveling with her infant daughter after her vehicle was found abandoned on Route 55 over the weekend.

Neidy Ramirez, 34, and her 3-month-old daughter, Genesis Ramirez, were last seen Friday in the Vineland area and had attended a Thanksgiving dinner with her family, police said, noting it was her family who reported her missing.
The vehicle was seen by a Ramirez family friend early Saturday morning in the same spot it was recovered by the state police.

The vehicle was missing keys and did not appear to be disabled, Vineland investigators said.

This is very strange....I wonder if a "fake cop" got her.....and the friend saw her car on the side of the road? Saturday?
I hope and I can hope she and baby are ok.

I'm in sj and this is getting a lot of coverage.
It's in Cumberland county, Vineland, south jersey.
Hopefully they will find some cctv footage......

:please:

This is terrible. I wonder if she stopped for someone she knew? Since a person of interest has already been located, I wonder if it's the father of the baby or older children...perhaps a current boyfriend? It doesn't sound good.

One news says no poi , the next one says a poi was questioned,...who knows...they did question the fathers of he children so maybe that's it...

It is a really wooded area .......the temps have been 50ish

Ramirez’s sister, Diana Soto, told NBC Philadelphia that Vineland Police spoke to a person of interest in the case but would not identify that individual. The station also reported that police have spoken to Genesis’ father and the father of Neidy’s two other children.

So did they talk to two people or just one?

I just heard about this on the radio drive this morning.

Neidy Ramirez and her 3-month-old daughter, Genesis, spent time with family on Thanksgiving. Ramirez was with her three children at a laundromat on Friday. It was the last time Ramirez was seen. Her two other children, ages 5 and 8, are with family members now.

On Saturday, a coworker found Ramirez's abandoned 2005 Chevy Trailblazer on northbound Route 55 near milepost 45.3. When Ramirez didn't show up for work Monday morning, the friend, Suzanna Ramirez, informed others. Neidy Ramirez's family went to Route 55, saw the vehicle and immediately called police.

Police have been checking cell phone and other financial records, but so far they have turned up little information.
