Scary. 12 years old, still a baby. Why on earth would she leave at that hour, and to where? Phone/computer activity will hopefully give clues as to where she was headed.

Sandals? Weird. It's cold here. We don't have snow yet but my feet would freeze. Wonder if someone was picking her up or she was walking somewhere.

Wonder if she has headed to another apartment in the building in her sandals, but then why bring the bulky coat?
No mention if she was seen at school or not, so far.
    imo.

eta, if the cctv showed Aysha in the lobby, maybe it was a nearby home. Hope no one picked her up by car, but if they did, hopefully cctv might catch that too. imo.

Sounds strange to leave so early. 12 year olds are so vulnerable. I hope she just took of to a friends house.

Are you saying maybe she was headed to Syria? That seems highly unlikely.

TORONTO — Police have located a 12-year-old girl who left her home in Mississauga alone in the early hours of Thursday morning

It doesn't state any more details. As long as she's safe.

Thank God, so I guess no trip to Syria is in her future.. So happy that she's found!

Far less that you'd think. Two 15 year old girls from Viena ran to Syria.
