S.F. man, 80, with dementia is missing. Orlando Fernandez, 80, walked out of Kaiser Hospital at 2425 Geary Blvd. in San Francisco on Dec. 14, 2015. He has dementia and requires regular medication, and the police seek information on his whereabouts. He is roughly five-feet-four-inches and 150 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair, and is a fan of Pier 39 and the Ingleside district, his home. He wandered out of Kaiser Hospital in San Francisco Monday afternoon.

hopefully someone will recognize him and contact authorities before something bad happens. Hope he's somewhere inside where its warm - it's been pretty chilly out.
