Davies was last seen in the vicinity of the 1000 block of Atlantic Boulevard in Atlantic Beach, FL.
His black Jeep Cherokee was located in April 1994 at an airport parking garage in the vicinity of the 2200 block of East Imperial Highway in El Segundo, CA.

His hair is quite black.
 
Ya know, the photos on DoeNetwork look like they're for 2 different guys... One has reddish hair and the other one not at all. One is very heavy around the face and has dark hair and prominent eyebrows.
 
If he went missing in 1993, he can't be our guy.

Yes, it doesn't make sense that he went missing in 1990 and his car wasn't found until 1994 at the airport: 1993 must be correct....

If he went missing in 1990, he'd have only been 21. Neither of these two men look as young as 21 years old.

But I think 2 guys might have gotten conflated here; if he went missing at 24, all three of those photos were taken before then? they look really different.

If he was a Charles Robinson Davies III, where are Senior and Junior?

I'll bet someone stole his identity... The far right photo is a fake driver's license?
