More info on the circumstances of his disappearance at the Charley Project, foul play is suspected. http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/...n_kenneth.html His car was located near his home.
Link to an old article about the investigation. http://fultonhistory.com/Process%20s...20-%200071.pdf
Tracking dogs followed his scent from his wrecked car to the river. The river was dragged, but he was not found. https://news.google.com/newspapers?n...8,845619&hl=en

On the lower end, this guy seems on the short side, but his mom could be a little off on the height if she was the one who provided it to LE, since he'd be her "little one".
LE can do a quick yeah or nay on this one using the DNA. This may be more practical than getting more info on him. Evidently, there's enough gossip in town that many stories can be had, not all of them terribly helpful to our UID ID.
And then on Google search, there are a lot of Kenneth or Brent Pattersons, which makes research like a needle in a haystack. Interestingly, there's a red hair theme going in the Kenneths and Brents, but not even close to this MP, who has an extraordinary mop!
I would suggest we keep this one on our list of "maybes".
