    If it is a missing person can be that none of the family members or friends have checked the Namus database or Doe Database to recognize it? The face you see quite well and is recognizable. At this point I believe it is also likely to come from Canada or some other country.

    Kind of looks like Steven Alyea. It's more than likely not though he left home without his heart medication and he disapeared in 95. It's unlikely it's him, but since I thought the two looked similar I thought I might as well post it.

    Could be Alyea. Doenetwork says he disappeared in 1992.

    I actually haven't submitted anything, I wouldn't even know where to start to do that. If anyone wants to submit him they can, I just don't know how.
