Convicted for murder of wife, unborn child in 2005

"...The petitions claims a juror lied on her application and should never have been in the courtroom in the first place.

“One of the jurors evidently lied on her jury application. She said she’s never been involved in a lawsuit. She’d never testified as a witness. Both those things are not true,” Janey Peterson said..."

Marking my spot, It' the first day of winter , and it's 70 degrees. Got to love Texas weather.

Hatfield , Anna and we're at Walmart buying new Christmas decorations again. Anna said she put them in the loft in the garage , but where and climbing over who knows what It's easier to get new. We're doing a dark pink, green, blues. We were looking at doing it in peacock feathers but maybe next year if Anna loses this years.

But why we were waiting to pick up my paid for order that they know it's in the bulging but not where, Anna found the Enchanted Ocean over with books. They had several others , but none that we're familiar. I did see one video where a lady used markers, pencils, and sharpies, but she used Elmer glue to make dots around a flower used sparkling eyes shadow, and it was a very nice look and touch.

Which Christmas Decoration Fits Your Personality?

"Are you more of a sweet Candy Cane or sparkling Christmas Lights?"

    http://www.playbuzz.com/avibwx10/whi...ur-personality

    I am:

    Wreath
You got a Wreath! The tradition of hanging a wreath on one's door goes back farther than the innovation of writing. As such, you are an ancient and powerful means of providing protection, blessings, and a fruitful bounty to the households who choose to hang you on their doors. For many, you are the arbiter of Christmas cheer. Everyone knows that the Santa's season has finally come once you adorn the houses of those whom St. Nicholas will soon visit!

These 16 Christmas Photos Are The Difference Between Caring And Not Giving A S**t

"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, but what that means for you probably depends on your personality type.

Type A folks, who tend to be more organized and enjoy competition, and Type B people, who are more laid back and prefer supportive group environments, celebrate the holidays in pretty different ways...

Below is a totally truthful, but not exactly scientific, breakdown between a Type A person's holiday and a Type B person's holiday:"

Checked off my list today, Monday, 12/21:

    1. Beverage shopping: Yes, it requires a separate trip. Very few grocery stores around here sell beer and wine. Plus, those bottles are HEAVY!

    2. Annual charitable donations. It takes a lot of effort to get stuff together (and again, that stuff is HEAVY), but it's worth it for the tax deduction. More than that, it's a gift to myself to get stuff outta here! Purging feels sooo good...

My list for tomorrow, Tuesday, 12/22:

    1. Food shopping: Going in with my finely honed "master list." I will take my time to make sure I get everything I need the first time around. I will leave non-perishables in the trunk of my car (because that stuff is HEAVY)!

    2. Tuesday is trash night, so being that this is Christmas week, I will be extra careful to throw out everything that even looks like trash, to include cleaning out the fridge to make room for the stuff for Christmas dinner. I have no doubt that that stuff will also be HEAVY. But it will be nice to have a clean slate.

    My list for Wednesday, 12/23:

    1. Go back to the store to get all the things I forgot to buy.

    2. Search for the vacuum and decent table linens, etc. (I really should remember to put those once-a-year things away in a more obvious place...)

    My list for Thursday, 12/24:

    1. Bring in all that (HEAVY) stuff from my trunk. Figure out where I'm going to put everything. Make cookies? (maybe/maybe not/okay, probably yes)

    2. Collapse from exhaustion and have nightmares about either, a) burning an $80 roast or, b) burning down my entire house.

    My list for Friday, 12/25:

For some odd reason, I consider this is to be my favorite day of the year. I will wake up early and make a big breakfast which we'll enjoy as we open presents. Shortly thereafter, I'll start prepping Christmas dinner. It will keep me busy all day long. I will ask myself if I'm a masochist, and wonder why I do this to myself year after year. I will swear that this is the last time, and that I'll never do it again.

Then, as family and friends gather around the table and everyone starts to eat the feast I created, I'll realize that there's no greater reward than to see the people I love enjoying a meal that I made; made for no other reason than that I love them and want to make them happy.

I think I want to buy this horse. I am officially nuts. Certifiable. Isn't she pretty though? 3 yo Thoroughbred filly off the track who didn't like to race. I could breed her...

GigiG, that was a perfect post! Sounds like me ..... I have lists made for every day this week. In my family, I am the official list lady.

Zuri, that is one gorgeous horse!

Y/N, I loved those bedtime critters! So cute, and smile invoking.

Coffeej, I hope you are both getting better. Thought about how miserable it is to be sick during the holidays. Rest, and be well, please.

No sign of snow here this Christmas, which is just fine with me.
