NY - Cop busted again on teen-sex rap
An NYPD officer, busted more than a year ago for allegedly trying to molest a teenage boy, has been arrested again, but this time with a different victim and a more serious charge, a police source said.
Officer Clive Peters, assigned to the 105th Precinct in Queens, was in protective custody on Rikers Island last night charged with sodomy, the police source said.
His alleged victim is 14 years old.
Peters, 27, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, was collared Sept. 19, but news of the arrest just surfaced last night. The cop, with three years on the force, was suspended and is in jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
